This error usually occurs if Replay Media Catcher was uninstalled incorrectly before re-installing. Or if you've used a registry cleaner or third-party uninstaller that may have damaged a file.
1. Uninstall Replay Media Catcher using the Windows Control Panel.
2. Re-boot your computer.
3. Download and install the most recent version of Replay Media Catcher from theDownloads page.
4. Re-boot your computer again.
