Foubn v 3.0.2 (310). Downloaded and installed and same problem. Ignores video when monitoring and copy/pasting links in the get field, they just disappear after pasting and don't do anything.
mee too :(
Same here, when is an update coming for support
For me also, and no response to my mail...
I found a link to the beta 3.0.2-309 in the comments section here. It installed and seems to work fine on Chrome from YouTube. You may have to fully delete the previous versions and do a fresh install of it. But yeah, this is terrible service, to have to hunt down a beta to get a product to work. They're telling mac users to download the Windows version and run Parallels or Virtual Box. I specifically switched to Mac last year to get away from Windows, and I'll be damned if I'm going to run a virtual Windows installation. BTW, Applian is virtually the same product and works perfectly on Ventura.
Thank you Jerry :)
@Jerry: On my Mac with Ventura 13.0.1 It doesn't work. I get a refund because Applian answers: "However, the current version is not compatible to macOs 13. Our Dev is still working on it."
@ No Sijben : you got a response at least.
I have also written many times and a response is promised within 1-2 business days. It has been weeks that I have been waiting.
If there are issues that need to be resolved, please just be clear about it and indicate that you are expecting a solution within XX weeks.
I have the same problems everyone else has described. Gee whiz, I wish the tech support would at least tell us they are hard at work on a fix or something.
Jaksta has abandoned us. Has someone found another program we can use instead on Mac?
Jacksta has abandoned us. Does anyone know of another program we can use?
I've found Jacksta 3.0.2-309 seems to work after a totally clean install on everything except YouTube, where it grabs the title and creates a zero bytes file. Of course, it could be my machine (Mac M1 mini, Ventura 13.2.1) but Replay doesn't, even though it's the same program. I might do a totally clean reinstall of Replay and see what happens. But there's no way I'm install Parallels and Windows just for Jacksta. There are plenty of other programs out there.
JERRY: I only used Jacksta for YouTube, with the exact same problems you had. I do not want to install Windows either. When it comes to plenty of other programs, can you clarify which ones would work on a Mac at YouTube?
Support Migration
Currently running version 3.0.2 (309) and it stopped being able to record either by detection or buy copy/pasting links after the OS upgrade.
Also, why do we need to come here so someone can post a beta that fixes problems instead of just updating the main site which still has version 2.2.5 for sale from 2018? I have to assume at this point, that version isn't going to work for many people and it seems weird that we have to comb through support forum posts to try finding versions that work, don't you think?
