Not all VPN and proxy services work with Replay Media Catcher 5. VPN services known to work are Cienen, StrongVPN, and VPNinja, according to customers. Additionally, VPN services will not work with the WinPcap driver. Go to the RMC5 Settings. Click the Internet and then Monitor tabs. Select the "Use Network Monitor" button. If the button cannot be selected, you will need to install the Applian Network Monitor using the given link.

Hotspot Shield VPN is known not to work with RMC5, so please choose a different service.
