During the installation of RMC5, and particularly the installation of WinPcap, you likely deselected the option for WinPcap to launch at startup. From the Windows Control Panel, uninstall WinPcap. Reboot. Reinstall WinPcap (it is distributed inside the Replay Media Catcher 5 directory in C:\Program Files (x86)\Applian Technologies\ or it can be obtained fromwww.winpcap.org). During installation, make sure to leave the "launch at startup" button checked.
