Not all VPN and proxy services work with Jaksta Media Recorder's internet monitoring.
VPN services known to work are Cienen, BlackVPN, StrongVPN, and VPNinja, according to customers.
Additionally, some VPN services will not work with WinPcap but will with the Jaksta Network Monitor.
The Jaksta Network Monitor can be installed and selected for use via the Settings tab > Internet Downloads tab.
