Everything works normally while I’m monitoring or recording, but recently every recording has started failing as soon as it finishes. After the final step, tagging, the file breaks. Some recordings show as 0 bytes as if nothing was captured, some show an error, some say ‘manually stopped’ even when I didn’t stop them, and others show as completed but contain no data.

This has been happening for about a week, getting progressively worse, and today every single recording is broken and shows nothing.

i do split Chaturbate every 20 min and around 70% of files are correctly downloaded into mp4 (which is preferred download format in my settings). Never tried something else, don't even know if that would work well.

about 1 month now and this still isnt fixed? very very frustrating

Broken again! Used the HLS hack noted throughout this stream for a while . . . . but now I receive 1 second clips at 15-sec intervals.

Jaksta shows I'm using 2026.04.3.34 engine.

 I can still capture CB but now the audio is not synced. Approximately 1.5 seconds off. I fear we ALL may be suffering from CB's site upgrade along with any new scramble they employed a few weeks back. This mayyyyy be the longest I've ever seen Jaksta take to correct it. They've never replied a second time in a trouble ticket. Disappointing

1 month and they still have not fixed it. This has been reported by many users so its not like they have not known about it. 50% or more of my recordings dont record and show as 0 bytes. If changing from HLS to FFmpeg then get only 1 second clips every 15 or 30 seconds but this was weeks ago when i tried changing it. Its been more than enough time for them to fix it. Other software I have tried works without issues. So many of my tickets have gone unanswered before now and in the past. Applian selling premium support and charging more for it when they hardly even offer any support in the first place. The way Applian treats its customers is terrible.
