Hi Ze,
I would recommend trying a basic reinstall and see if that helps: uninstall (delete from Applications), reboot, reinstall.
Detection of streams will also depend on what streams and sites you are attempting to capture from. Try doing some test captures of YouTube videos and other standard streams.
Let me know if that doesn't help and we can troubleshoot from there.

I reinstalled the app and it doesn’t work for chrome, and for safari whenever I enable it, safari loses internet connection.

When you first attempt to run the installer you will receive a Mac OS notification saying that it can't be opened because it cannot be checked for malicious software. Click 'OK' and then go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General and click on 'Open Anyway' down the bottom. It will either run the installer or another similar notification as the first will appear and you just need to click 'Open' and then the installer will run.

I have tried jaksta in the past and it worked like a charm, so I needed it recently and decided to buy it, but no streams are being detected; Neither in chrome or safari.
