Jaksta Media Recorder for Mac Start a new topic

Live video Garbing issue on Youtube

Why the same YouTube link we try to capture works on the windows version and not the mac version. When we enter the lint it always get stuck on connecting but never starts the download.

Hi Vivek,


Apologies for the delayed response.


The Mac and Windows versions of Jaksta work somewhat differently, so they often get different results. A successful or failed download in one does not necessarily mean that will be the result in the other.


If you are still having problems capturing the YouTube video then you can provide a link here and I can test it.
