Hi Brian,

Your log file suggests that you have your download location set to a hard drive and that it is no longer connected.

There is an error in the log saying that it cannot find the directory, and so the download fails.

Try either reconnecting the drive or setting the download location to a local folder.

If the download continues to fail it will likely be for a separate reason. Please provide a URL for the video/site sot hat I can test it if that is the case,
