Could you please provide debug logs showing when you paste a bbc iplayer stream in as it works ok here.

The specific error is: Unable to download webpage: <urlopen error _ssl.c:1114: The handshake operation timed out>
Seems like JMR cant connect for some reason. VPN issues or something else blocking it on your computer?

Support Migration
Hi,
Trying hard to download from BBC iPlayer. When I paste the URL into Jaksta stream downloader, it gives this error message after I enter my BBC credentials: URL is not supported. Please try Auto or the digital video recorder capture methods.
When I copy the URL into the DVR, the show starts, but the Jaksta recording is just a black screen.
Am I missing something here?
