Sorry, for my query. I had ipvanish vpn preference setup to use wireguard. Once I changed it to udp. jaksta media record started working again. I'm wondering my wireguard doesn't work

We can't really speak to that as we don't specifically develop Jaksta to be compatible with VPNs. If it works with VPNs then that's great, but we develop Jaksta to operate under a pretty basic set of circumstances that does not include them.
