I've seen your screenshot.
Can you please try our latest beta and see if that works any better for you. You can download the installer here - https://download.shedworx.com/jaksta/beta/2.2.6_293/JakstaMediaRecorder.pkg.
When you first attempt to run the installer you may receive a Mac OS notification saying that it can't be opened because it cannot be checked for malicious software. Click 'OK' and then go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General and click on 'Open Anyway' down the bottom. It will either run the installer or another similar notification as the first will appear and you just need to click 'Open' and then the installer will run.

I had Jaksta recorder loaded on my MacBook Pro but recently had to wipe the drive -factory reset and reinstall everything from my back up. Now the videos I try to record. example ON 1 photo edit lessons,fail to record. Is there a reason for this?
Also, Your site says that updates no longer support the Mac version without using 3rd party software.
I could purchase a new copy of Jaksta Recorder but I am worried about how safe some 3rd party software can be. and how I would use it with Jaksta?
Could you perhaps suggest a safe/workable 3rd party software to go with a new copy of Jaksta for Mac?

Support Migration
My Jaksta Recorder V2.2.5 (272) on MacBook Pro has suddenly stopped recording some uTube and other videos. Just shows error.
What is causing this.
