We have a new beta that you can try, and then if the problem continues we can investigate further. You can get the installer for the beta here - https://download.shedworx.com/jaksta/beta/2.2.5_287/JakstaMediaRecorder.pkg

If the beta does not resolve the issue then can you please supply us with some more information? Screenshots of any errors as well as a URL to a problem video for testing would be good. Any other details you can provide would also be helpful.
