I have been unable to record from eurosport player using Jaksta for Mac.(I had no difficulty recording a u-tube video.) The error message reads "unable to retrieve decryption key". Your online publicity promotes Jaksta as being capable of recording eurosport, and is the main reason I purchased it. Can this problem be solved?
