We have found saving BBC programming to have the highest probability of success when done as a "recording" as opposed to a "download". For programming greater than an hour in length, turn off Super Download in the RTMP Adv settings. In the RTMP settings, click the checkbox next to "Always record RTMP streams (instead of downloading)". Your web browser will need to remain open for the duration of the program for it to be recorded.
