Our registration process opens an Internet Explorer window for license verification.  It is possible that your antivirus software is preventing Replay Media Catcher from accessing the internet.  
Make sure Replay Media Catcher (jrmcp.exe) is allowed past your firewall.
Open Internet Explorer and make sure it is not set to "Work Offline".
Open Internet Explorer and check to see if you can access our secure server: https://secure.applian.com/registration/rcat5.php
If you cannot access our secure server, please check your firewall settings again.
