Until a few days ago recorder 2025 stopped recording live streams, the home screen reports the file as downloading OK but the file size remains at 0kb

Stopping the recording causes status - cancelling until the application is closed down, on reopening shows the file as 0kb in the home screen.

Have paid to upgrade to 2026 but the issue remains, please advise

seems that only some streams record, mainly ones which are not running max 1080 but 720 or lower. Also one here reports as 2.5MB lasting 4 secs but was much longer and larger file size 

Here is one downloading and one that has 0kb file size looks like an audio issue?
