Youtube links download only Video

Hello 


i have a youtube premium account which i logged on onto and gave credentials in jaksta for music and youtube sites.. 

when i try to download public videos .. jaksta tells me it can download video only ... no sound .. how so ?

scratch that i was having 2 other previous versions of jaksata besides 2025 and had trial on those ... thus limitations ...
