It has become clear that Jaksta's forum is filtering my DVR browser problem request for help.
I am not in any way using inappropriate language!
I've submit my query at least five times now, and each time I am informed that it has reached you - but then never actually ends up appearing in the forum.
It looks likely that you know that Jaksta's DVR Vivaldi browser is not now working for some streaming websites, and you 'blank' receiving any queries about them, if they contain certain words.
I can't therefore refer to these websites and expand on this, else this message won't likely appear in the forum (or be 'accepted') either.
I find this hurtful and very frustrating - because other customers' posts are published, and appear to be being helped with some of their issues, but not mine. Why is this please?
How can I outline my problem scenario, if you keep blocking my postings that include the words needed to explain the issue?
Please respond - and, as said in an earlier post, prove me wrong about this.
