Has a recent upgrade resolved this or do you plan to upgrade the driver so it clears Windows 11 security protocols?
I didn't have this problem with Windows 10.
In Device Manager the Digital Media Recorder was flagged as defective but no alternative to the (then) current Jaksta driver was available.
I was forced to uninstall the software because the driver obstructed my laptop from waking from a sleep state.
