Add-on message, one-hour later.....
Thank you for posting my latest disappointment query. I didn't think it would likely appear.
I don't know what has gone on these last two occasions - when I submitted, then re-submitted, my technical (DVR) query, and neither time did it get published?
But if I have been unjust to you in any way - I duly apologise.
Because my latest has now been published, I am going to have another (third) try please, at submitting my DVR problem query, once again. So fingers crossed, it will go through this time.....
Shall post it as a separate query please - so that the subject header makes more sense. Thanks.
Thank you for reading this.
Jack
Further add-on, nearly another hour later.....
Have gone on to try a further three times, to post my DVR issue and, unlike this original post - which published almost immediately - my DVR query won't seem to go through.
Have tried taking out brackets, and inverted commas in the subject field - in case they make a difference - but it's to no avail.
Could you help me with this issue please? - of trying to successfully post my DVR query, because I can not seem to accomplish it on my own.
Many thanks.
Jack

Dear Jaksta Technical Support team,
I have twice submitted a technical question, then waited a reasonable time for the moderation process, but both times you don't seem to post it in your forum, nor address my problem at all.
I have been sure to post in the correct product section, and operating system (Windows).
Other people's technical queries have gone on since, but why not mine please?
If for some reason you can not publish it - could you at least explain why this is?
When I bought my upgrade in mid-January this year (2025), I did so especially to hope to resolve my DVR issue in an outdated version of JMR (I hoped the update to the latest version, at that time, would give the best chance of cracking this problem), but was very disappointed to find the same problem continues. Even your latest February 2025 update still hasn't fixed it sadly. I did say in my message that I should have trialled it first, but that I hoped for the best, and just got on and bought.
The saying is, that if you can play internet video on your PC (which I can) - then you can capture it in Jaksta (which I can't). Sadly, this is now very misleading.
After purchasing, I received an automated message from you (Jaksta), saying 'Thanks for being with us' - which was a very nice and welcoming thing to say. Regrettably though since, although I feel I am 'with you' - I do not now feel that you are 'with me'. Your non-existent help over this issue has been very disappointing, and I now feel let down by Jaksta.
Please prove me wrong about this.
Regards,
Jack
