Scheduled day of week cannot be set properly for Monitors

The Monitor function is very useful to plan future scheduled recordings of live streams that you want to save from the beginning to the end. In my case, I record weekly Youtube music shows that always run on the same time every week.
The Schedule tab for a monitor does not work as well as it should. In particular it plays tricks with the weekdays I select, and it's almost impossible to get the intended settings. I have resigned and currently turn on the monitors for each day manually.
To reproduce this, create at least two monitors, let's call them One and Two, and attempt to set the weekdays in the schedule for Two, save, switch to One, switch back to Two, and check what was saved last.
All unset - you get an error message, you must select at least one weekday even if the monitor is disabled.
Only Monday - Sunday also gets selected.
Only Tuesday - Sunday also gets selected.
Only Wednesday - Monday, Tuesday and Sunday also get selected.
Only Thursday - Sunday also gets selected.
Only Friday - Monday, Thursday , Friday and Sunday also get selected.
Only Saturday - Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday also get selected.
Only Sunday - you get an error message, you must select at least one weekday, and Sunday does not seem to count.
The same setting is available on the Schedule tab (to start and end a recording of a section of an on-going livestream) but there it works correctly. The whole implementation is also much more useful, you can specify a start date, and if you don't select a weekday the schedule only runs once. This is much more powerful, and the best solution to my problem would be to simply copy the working implementation you already have for Schedule to Monitor.
