Update: I found I had a lot of manufacturer devices that needed to be installed so I uninstalled Jaskta, went through each unknown device and added the devices drivers, then I reinstalled Jaksta and I got a new unknown device with device ID "jaksta_va" so for some reason, on windows 11 the audio driver for Jaksta is not installing. The answer to just re-install Jaksta isn't enough because I've already installed it 3 times to try to troubleshoot this issue. Please provide manual instructions to install this on Windows 11 or some other alternative to get this audio driver installed.
Thanks!
Additional update, I found the local driver location and tried to install it manually, Windows found the correct driver and presented me with an error stating the drivers are not digitally signed. Is there some way to get around this or do you have a digitally signed driver I can install?
Thanks!
Hi,
If you wish to turn it on go into settings and for the two .sys give them a phony extension such as old
Then you won't be able to use audio capture with digital audio but you can use something else for audio on your computer. It does not change how stream capture works but how audio capture and how the DVR audio works in Media Catcher.
I was able to remove the jaksta_va digital audio device. Tried to download a video from amazon video again using the Digital Video Recorder (browser) and I still get the error unable to find speaker. In the audio tab, I even selected audio mixer (what you hear). Not sure if the audio tab is simply for audio only recordings. Any other suggestions on how to fix the audio for digital video recording?
Maybe I'm just selecting the audio in the wrong place to record the audio coming from the speakers for the Digital Video Recorder... dunno...
jaksta_va.sys is and has been in conflict in windows 10/11 device security with Jaksta stating that it's how it must behave in order to record audio. I've never seen a company accept a conflict with such blatant disregard.
Especially when it's users are screaming about the issue on forums all over their own boards and internet.
Jaksta doesn't seem to have any interest in fixing this issue. Their own forums and boards are filled with complaints about it with Jaksta is doing nothing to fix it. Their best offering is to turn off the driver and not have audio in the capture. *FACE PALM*

I have installed a fresh copy of windows 11 then installed Jaksta. I get an error stating that when I try to DVR immediately after pressing the record button that states "Unable to find speaker". Then it lists "Digital Video Recorder" which I assume is the name of the device it's trying to use to do the recording with. I read other items on the help forum that suggested re-installing Jaksta because the device drivers needed to be added again, so I tried that and still got the same error. I then looked in the Device manager and see I have some unknown devices. Since it's a new version of Windows 11, some of these might be some specific software that I need to download from a manufacturers website, but I believe some of them might be drivers that Jaksta needs to work successfully. I'vve attached some screenshots for reference to this. Could I please get some assistance on how to get past this "unable to find speaker") problem please?
