Not sure. I just tried it here and worked just fine.
Please provide debug logs as per https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063
I have attached the debug logs as requested and the .DAT file of the monitors from Jaksta 7 that I am trying to import.
If I need to provide any additional files or logs t o troubleshoot further please let me know!
The attached dat file is corrupted. It is not a valid zip file. Rename the .dat to .zip and you will see it cant be opened by windows.
Ive just tested here and the export/import works fine between 7.0.24 and the latest 2022.3.12.
Your logs are not in debug mode but do show a corrupted license dll being used. Please reinstall JMR7 so the license dll is correct.
Please follow the debug steps in the link above to provide debug log files.
Support Migration
I am trying to import my monitors from Jaksta 7 to Jaksta 2022. When I select the .dat file for my Jaksta 7 monitors I get the error message saying it couldn't read the .DAT file as a zip file. If I save that dat file into a zip file there is no way to select the file as the only file type options on the import is dat or xlsx files.
