Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows Start a new topic

Jaksta DVR Won't Start

 When using Jaksta DVR to attempt to download a clip from ESPN+ the browser opens the stream and then the Record button won't work or the browser won't open at all.


Currently running Jaksta 2022 2.6.0 on Windows 10 Pro

Please provide debug logs as per https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063 showing the issues of not opening and also the record button not working

Your logs are not in debug mode.  Please ensure debug mode is on before performing the actions that result in the DVR browser not opening or if it does the record button not working.
