Additional info ... now seeing this old issue back, when exporting monitors to a file. We hadn't seen these types of issues in a while ...
I'm having a similar issue with the latest build. Monitors stop downloading and Jaksta becomes unresponsive.
NPOI is to do with the Excel export which is new in 2022.
Please provide debug logs and msinfo dump as per https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063 showing the error.

JMR build: 2022.2.6.0
JMR behavior has become unstable in recent builds. Have done full uninstall and re-install, and problem persists. UI becomes unresponsive or broken (e.g., need to mouseover to see UI refresh, buttons don't have text, thumbnail of images show a big red X in the bottom left corner in home display, etc.).
JMR was stable, and it no longer is.
