I'm aware that v5 had support for Sling TV. How can I get support for Sling TV, so I may use the DVR Feature?

DRV should work for any site for which you can play a video in the browser.  

If you are having issues then please provide debug logs as per https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063

Anytime I attempt to log in, Sling says my credentials aren't correct. This literally only happens with JMR.

Your logs dont show you going to that site.  Please turn on debug and then perform the actions that are causing the issue and then collect the logs.
