The extraction engine is now unpacked when it is installed. This is for performance reasons, saves it having to be unpacked from the dat file on each run.
Thanks. I understand the performance advantage in unpacking the extraction engine. What I don't understand is why there are Crypto hashing engine files included in these folders:
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\dl\RELEASE\Crypto
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\dl\RELEASE\Crypto\Cipher
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\dl\RELEASE\Crypto\Hash
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\dl\RELEASE\Crypto\Math
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\dl\RELEASE\Crypto\Protocol
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\dl\RELEASE\Crypto\PublicKey
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\dl\RELEASE\Crypto\Util
It's part of the engine. Why?
So, are you saying that you are using all of your customers' systems to mine cryptocurrencies?
:) That package has nothing to do with cryptocurrencies.
It contains low-level cryptographic primitives.
You include hashlib in your distribution. I get it now. Thanks!
