The streams detected may be different qualities, protocols or from different content delivery networks. They are unlikely to be the same url. In AUTO mode any stream your browser requests will be detected and capture attempted. Best way is to switch off AUTO mode or click the green thumb so it turns orange, once the streams you want are downloading. No new streams will then be raised for downloading.
Thanks for your reply.
I'm using a VPN to access 10Play so I have to have the AUTO mode set to on ( as far as I'm aware , let me know if there is a way to download from 10Play without Auto )
I'm using the Network Monitor.
I have it set to download Best Quality MP4 and I have the ad blocker ON I also set the Minimum Duration to 200 secs
I'll try ticking the green thumbs up but it's not always obvious which is the correct file being downloaded.
thanks for your help with this.

I know this question has been asked before but I didn't find an answer.
I'm using Jaksta to download shows from 10Play on a Windows 10 PC. I have Jaksta set to Auto but every time I start playing a show to download it Jaksta grabs multiple files, some get errors which I delete but some are the same show just named differently so I'm having to babysit the downloads.
I have it set to download Highest quality and MP4 extension.
What are the best settings to avoid duplicate/multiple files being downloaded?
thanks.
