Unable to download video from Udemy preview file

Hi,

Below video is unable to download and tried restarting machine, latest software update from Jaksta. Nothing has worked for me.

Please see the attached screenshot which shows error.

Jaksta version 7 (7.0.24.0) and attached my system information which might help you to understand the issue.

Note: Able to download other courses, but only this course and other one listed above is giving many download failures.
