From what I can access from here it captures ok. Dont for get you have AUTO and DVR capture modes as well.
If you are still having issues then please provide debug logs as per https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063
If the video is behind their pay wall then please provide your credentials to support AT jaksta.com so we can check it out for you.
