You have installed another 3rd party product that is using the ByteScout screenrecording api and it has installed it globally so it is being used instead of our licensed version distributed with JMR.
Your logs arnt in debug mode. If you provide debug logs as per https://www.jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063 I can tell you where it is picking up this trial version from.
Thank you for your reply. That makes sense.
I created a log in debug mode. See attached.
Hope this helps you to provide assistance to fix this issue.
Look forward to hearing back.

Hello. Checking in to see if you were able to determine how to delete, or work around, the third-party DVR program so I can use JMR's licensed version. Thank you.
Logs dont show it, unfortunately.
You will need to search your hard drive for any dll that starts with "Bytescout", such as BytescoutScreenCapturing.dll, BytescoutScreenCapturingFilter.dll, BytescoutVideoMixerFilter.dll.
I found BytescoutScreenCapturingFilter.dll in the Jaskta Media Recorder 7 folder. Do I just delete it? How do I get Jaksta to start using licensed DVR?
That is the licensed version.
Please provide a short video showing the voice over. It may be different.
I uninstalled Jasksta Media Recorder completely and re-installed from a fresh download and it seems to be working now without the voice over. Thank you for helping me to work through this issue. It seems to now be resolved.
Hello. I tried to do a DVR recording today and "trial version" voice over has returned! Very frustrating. I have not used Jaksta DVR since I last wrote and said the problem seemed to be fixed with a re-install, so I don't know if updates or other changes may have caused the voice over to come back.
Per your request a month ago, I have attached a short recording that you can hear the voice over. It happens at 0:06 and 0:22 in the recording.
I hope you can help to resolve this issue so I can use the DVR function. I need it!
Thank you. Look forward to hearing back.

Checking in again for a response to my message 3 days ago. Hoping for some help!
I have this problem, and came across this thread. I am used to using Jaksta, but never had this problem. I have now changed computer. I installed Jaksta, downloaded, found this problem. found several instances of "bytescout", including 2 on the C:. I have now removed Jaksta, downloaded afresh from your web site, which I will install
It is a third party application which is using an unlicensed version. Follow the instructions further up in the post to search for the offending application. It might be easiest to remove all versions of Jaksta before you do this. Once the offending application is uninstalled, reboot and reinstall JMR.
Support Migration
When I use the DVR function to record from a website, the captured video recording includes a voice over that says "trial version" every 10 to 15 seconds. My version of the software is not a trial version. I have purchased Jaksta and have the latest update to Recorder 7. I recently did a fresh download and install to try to alleviate the problem, but the voice over is still there.
Please help!
