If they are public posts and/or you have permission to see them you can download them.
You need to go to their posts or videos page and use that url for extraction.
I'm not sure the monitor function would be practical to use as all videos will be captured not just the latest.

Is it possible to create a facebook monitor, and as soon as the account makes a translation, then JMR records it?
because I did it creating a monitor with the profile link, but didn't download anything
