Thanks for reporting it. The server is responding with a small fragment of the file to start with the the content-length is set at only 915k, that is why the % is out.
Something strange is happening with the video however. This is what I get when I try and view it in chrome. It may be copy protected. Will look into it.
In the mean time use the DVR functionality.

Support Migration
I'm trying to use the "stream download" option to download a video from www.ricardoalexandre.com.br... but I got a strange percentage and, after complete the download, no image on video file... Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
