I am having exactly the same problem as Brian Wong ( the most recent entry in the Jaksta Media Recorder group)

Same Jaksta Media Recorder version 7.0.1.36

Started happening the same time, a couple days ago

Cannot capture YouTube videos suddenly.

Please help.

Support for the latest youtube changes are in the latest extraction engine auto-update. Restart JMR to get the update.
