Sure - you are audio recording and have split on silence switch on in the settings. If you pause a song then there is silence and therefore the song will split.
Splitting is controlled by:
Settings > Audio Recording:
Record Silence, Split on Silence, Silence Time and Silence level settings.
Tooltips on these settings explain what the do.
Support Migration
Any pause in a song Jaksta will stop recording then start back recording after it finishing normalizing & tagging in middle of the same song.
