Are you running the Mac or Windows version of Jaksta? They are very different both in their features and how they function.
If it is the Windows version then I can transfer this thread to the Windows forums.

I'm writing the Windows version on a VPS.
I tested different settings. I can record pure audio, I can record video without audio. But I cannot record both at the same time. Any help?

I downloaded the trial version to try this program out before purchasing. I'm trying to record eurosportplaer live stream via DVR. The moment I click record, it says error. Unable to find a speaker.
Any fix? I use a mac, I set this program up on window server 2012 R2.
