Unfortunately it looks like they have changed and the the login is appearing in a window off screen.
Am on to it now.

Actually here is a quick way to get up and running whilst I fix it.
You can see the login window appear in the toolbar next to the JMR icon.
Mouse over it and the image will appear of the window. Move your mouse over this image and right mouse click and select Maximise and the login window will appear.
You can then login in.

Is there a way to login to the website while in the DVR browser and it work? This just spins.
