Hi,

when i download streams from chaturbate  in MONITOR mode some recordings are freezing every 2 or 3 sec , so video start normaly and after 3 sec it freeze and then again and again. Why? 

Yes looks like something has just started going on with that service. I get the same thing and watching the browser it is also freezing quite regularly with a short spinning circle.  I'm going to wait a week or so and see if it improves before looking to see what we can do at our end.  It is HLS which is a pretty stock standard protocol and other large sites such as twitch arnt exhibiting this behavior.
