Any error messages or anything at all appear on the screen?
Is it being blocked by your antivirus or some other installed security?
Zip up the contents of C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Jaksta and attach here.
Obtain a System Information file (NFO): On the keyboard, hold down the WINDOWS key and then hit R. In the Run window, type MSINFO32 and then click OK. In the System Information window, click the File menu and then Save. Attach here.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but that doesn't work.
