Internet Explorer Crashers when running DVR

Hello.


I just purchased and installed Jaksta Media Recorder. I  got an error message when trying to DVR that said Internet Explorer had stopped working. (Oddly, the trial version of the Media Recorder worked just fine on the same video, recording a minute of it, but once I paid for the software and activated it, it crashes!)  My log file is attached. I'd like to be able to use this software, so please help!

Logs say that IE has gone away ("The RPC server is unavailable").  


I note you have your browser emulation set to IE 7.  Set it to IE 10 or above as per below and see if that helps.


Ensure there are no iexplorer.exe processes running before starting the DVR browser.
