Was there an error code or anything displayed on the screen? There is nothing in the log file except it failing when it should be extracting files.
Perhaps your installer is corrupted. Try downloading again. Also your Windows Event log might provide some other errors that will point you in the right direction.
Support Migration
When asked if I would like the upgrade I thought "Sure, why not?" So, I downloaded the file and ran it. When prompted to Upgrade or Uninstall/Reinstall I chose Upgrade. No workee...multiple attempts. So, I tried Uninstall/Reinstall ..No workee...multiple attempts. What Now?
