Please provide your log files from C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\Temp\Jaksta.
Zip them up and attach them here.
Thanks for your reply. I was able to resolve the issue on my own by using a cleanup tools on the NET Framework versions installed on my system and reinstalling jaksta.

Support Migration
The software is not loading. It stays stuck at loading UI.
