If you want to tell us about an error or a problem you've encountered using one of our apps it's a great help to us if you can send us the log file.
For Jaksta and Jaksta Music Miner:
- Open the App
- Go to the Preferences screen
- Click 'Reveal Log File'
For Jaksta Screen Recorder and Jaksta Video Converter:
- Open the App
- In the menu Select 'File > Reveal Log File'
A Finder window will then open with the log file highlighted. Attach that to your message to us.
