Hi Daniel,


Apologies for the delayed response. I am unable to see any specific reason in the log file that would explain why the captures would not be working.


Have you done any tests using different browsers? This can often make a difference.

Hi Daniel,


Do the following to generate a clean log file:
  1. Open Jaksta Music Recorder
  2. Go to Preferences > General > Find Log File
    • This will open a Finder window that needs to remain open for the remainder of the process
  3. Quit Jaksta Music Recorder
  4. Delete the log file in the Finder window
  5. Reopen Jaksta Music Recorder
    • This will automatically generate a new log file in the Finder window
  6. Attempt to use Jaksta Music Recorder under the circumstances that result in an issue
  7. Quit Jaksta Music Recorder once it fails and/or the error is reproduced
  8. Source the new log file in the Finder window and then attach it to your reply (don't copy and paste the code in it - send the file itself)

The stream auto capture isn’t recording. I notice that songs from Pandora wouldn’t record

I'll need more information if I'm going to help.


In what sense do you mean it's not recording? Do you mean that the stream auto-capture functionality isn't working, or that the audio capture feature won't record anything?


Where/what are you trying to capture?
