is there a way to enable the new funtion "monitor live streams"

if i enable it and exit jakstar and start new its disable.

No in the current version you need to switch the "monitor live streams" to on once the app has started.

Will add it as a new feature request.

and is it add to new version ???

no it has not been implemented yet.  When it has it will appear in the release notes.
